| STIFTELSEN SINTEF is the largest multidisciplinary independent research organisation in Scandinavia, with approximately 2100 employees, of which more than 45% of the research staff holds a PhD degree. In the DIAMONDS project, SINTEF is represented by the Quality and Security Technology (QST) group from the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) research division, which is one of eight research divisions in SINTEF. The QST group has strong research expertise within methodologies and tools in the security and risk field, as well as their practical application in industrial cases. In particular, the research group focuses on the areas of model-based security analysis; model-driven security architecture; system modelling, refinement and semantics; trust management; tools for analysis and documentation; empirical research on methods and tools for risk analysis. | |

Norse Solutions do administration and accounting of share-based payment using our self-developed software Norse Options. Norse Options is web-based (SaaS) with separate interfaces for administrators and plan participants. The first commercial version of Norse Options was released in August 2003. Norse Solutions has the longest experience in developing software and delivering services related to share-based payment under IFRS in the world. We offer plan administration and tailored outsourcing of all types of share-based payment. We cover all aspects related to corporate finance, corporate tax, accounting, reporting and disclosure, HR-functions plus information to and interaction with employees and financial institutions. We can also deliver all relevant accounting data and reports compliant with IFRS-2 by importing or mirroring transactions from other plan administration systems. |
